We have negotiated school mitigation agreements on behalf of developers for many of the major master planned communities in Southern California. Our efforts are to minimize the cost to the developer and to the ultimate homebuyer without impairing the quality of the school facilities provided. We frequently combine school mitigation agreement negotiations with the formation of a Community Facilities District to finance the cost of school facilities.
